Cet avantage a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9 \u00e0 compter du 1\/01\/2011 dans le cas du rabot des niches fiscales.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\">Toutefois, vont pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier pour la premi\u00e8re fois de ce dispositif, les personnes qui ont achet\u00e9 en VEFA un bien immobilier en France au titre de la r\u00e9sidence principale, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un financement dont l\u2019offre de pr\u00eat immobilier a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mise avant le 01\/01\/2011 et \u00e0 condition que la date d\u2019ach\u00e8vement des travaux soit intervenue avant le 30.09.2011. \u00c7a marche aussi pour les non-r\u00e9sidents qui sont devenus r\u00e9sidents fran\u00e7ais sous r\u00e9serve que les crit\u00e8res ci-dessus soient respect\u00e9s (rescrit du 30.03.2010).
